Don & Low Secondary Carpet Backing
Don & Low manufacture a selection of secondary carpet backings under the Lobac® name.
Lobac® secondary backing is a lenowoven polypropylene used to give support to tufted carpets. Lobac® secondary backing is a synthetic alternative to jute backing. Lobac® secondary backings utilise an air texturised multifilament yarn, which increases bulk and improves precoat absorption.
Standard colours include white, tan or brown. Upon request, coloured warp designs can also be incorporated into the backing for branding or to improve aesthetics.
