Daltex® Antimicrobial Spunbond
Don & Low can incorporate anti-microbial additives to standard spunbond and lowbond products.
The antimicrobial additive uses silver ion chemistry that imparts anti-bacterial and anti-fungal efficacy. The additive is effective against a variety of microbes including MRSA, E.Coli and Salmonella.
The antimicrobial additives can be added to both standard spunbond and low bond fabrics, and can be combined with other additives including flame retardant, anti-static and colour to fit customer needs.
Antimicrobial additives have been added into spunbond used in the medical industry, and incorporated into bedding and filters.
